We coordinate five Singapore-registered companies and seven Indonesian subsidiaries to deliver infrastructure, trade, resources, and capital at scale.

Main supplier to Singapore reclamation
For over 38 years the Group has been a principal supplier of marine sand for Singapore’s land-reclamation programme.
Supply-only origins
In the early years the Group focused purely on sand supply rather than construction works, delivering directly to Korean and Japanese main contractors.
Riau Province, Indonesia
All early volumes were sourced from concessions in Indonesia’s Riau Islands, secured under the Chairman’s appointment as Economic Advisor and Trade Commissioner.
Regional expansion
Sourcing later extended to Vietnam, Cambodia, and the Philippines to sustain long-term supply to Singapore projects.
Licences used by Pan-United
Pan-United, a Singapore-listed company, tendered for reclamation projects using the Group’s licences, with the last Singapore tender concluded in 2019.
